- 3 cups kale (fresh chopped, stalks removed)
- 1/2 apple (cored and chopped, used a Pink Lady, I also like Granny Smith for a less sweet salad)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup raw almonds (chopped, I use about 10-12 raw almonds and rough chop them keeping them big)
- 1 cup herb (Roasted Sweet Potatoes, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (or avocado)
- 1/2 lemon (1- 1.5 TBSP)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
