- 800 grams minced lamb
- 2 onions (large, chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch dried mixed herbs
- 1 pinch chilli flakes (dried, optional)
- 400 grams cherry tomatoes (ripe, halved)
- 400 mL lamb stock
- 250 mL white wine
- 300 grams feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 bunch fresh oregano leaves (picked and roughly chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 lemon
- 1 filo pastry (pack, 250g, there are about 10 sheets in a pack but you only need 5 or 6, so use the rest in another recipe or freeze them)
- olive oil (A little, for brushing)
- ground black pepper
- salt
- sea salt flakes (for sprinkling)
