- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1/4 cup red chiles (dried)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. greens (thinly sliced scallions)
