Delicious, I doubled the recipe and used half a lemon and a sprinkle of potato flakes to marinate the chickpeas for about 20 min, stirring every few minutes. I also added ginger, cayenne and a honey garlic sauce in place of fresh garlic and cooked it in a saucepan with the broth and other ingredients until it was saucy. Making it again for dinner tonight!!

Really easy to make, good taste but needs some spice. Easy enough to add. Needs something green so served with broccoli.

This was delicious, tasted just like General Tso’s! I surprised myself. Didn’t take any time, either- this will be an easy go-to. I added a red bell pepper because I had it on hand- will do it again.

Really simple and tasty recipe. I stir fried some broccoli first, seasoned it, and added it to the chickpeas at the end. I didn’t have any green onions so I used a yellow onion. And I doubled the recipe to get about 4 servings.
