Delicious! A little too sweet for my taste, I will try half the sugar next time. I really liked how the corn starch added to the crispiness of the tofu, that was new to me. I ate it with an Asian vegetable blend and rice.

Absolutely delicious, one of my favorites! I always sauté a vegetable to go with it (my favorite is fresh green beans), add minced garlic (to the tofu as it's frying and to the final step with the ginger), and I always end up needing to add about a Tbl of cornstarch to the sauce at the end to thicken. serve it over rice or udon noodles and it's dinner!

oh my god! this recipe is incredibly easy to make and turns out soooo good every single time!

A little labor intensive (once the tofu is cooking, you’re going to be doing a lot), but very tasty!

First time I've been able to eat General Tso's tofu in a few months and it was amazing! I used gluten free ingredients and it still tasted like those I've eaten before (new to being GF), I also did a LOT of red pepper to make it extra hot.
This was the first time I've successfully made tofu at all, so definitely uaing this method and recipe again!
Thank you

next time i will keep larger pieces of tofu to fry. and i will reduce the sauce before putting the fried tofu in

I cut the tofu up smaller, so it needed a little more cornstarch. The sauce is super easy and was yummy.

Delicious sauce. Will definitely make it again.
Will probably cut up the tofu into smaller pieces though next time.

It was good, just very sweet. And the crispness of the tofu went away after putting on the sauce.

Used Sriracha instead of ketchup, and it was just enough heat. Very easy to make. My husband (not a huge tofu fan) loved it. I will not fry the tofu quite so long next time (my bad), as it was pretty crunchy. Lightly browned, not medium brown.

This was so easy, and it taste great. I was not sure because it was my first time cooking tofu. I love it and I will make it again.

I’ve never made tofu that I’ve enjoyed but this was amazing and a huge hit among everyone. Sauce was perfect

Excellent! We also added broccoli as someone else suggested. My husband asked me to make it again, which is a big deal!

Loved this!!! Added broccoli to it and served it on rice omitted the ginger and just bought pre-made general tso’s sauce. Super quick and easy meal!

I think I was a little heavy handed on the ginger but overall great flavor, added broccoli which was a nice addition. Would definitely make again!
