- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste–use regular, as I did, if you don’t mind that the recipe isn’t entirely raw)
- 1 Tbsp. miso (mild)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- ground pepper (fresh, to taste)
- olive oil (for drizzling)
