Easy and tasty, used white wine instead of water or broth. Had with chicken cutlets for complete meal.

So freaking good. I added a bell pepper and chicken because I thought it sounded good and turns out it was the right move

It was very good. I didn't have parmesan so I added mozzarella and we liked the end result.

Turned out very well. Not too much to it and I don’t know what I would add but it is great as a light dinner option!!

Wonderful recipe!! My kids wouldn’t stop asking for more! I served with crispy garlic bread on the side..

This was good, but needed more of a kick. I suggest siracha, spicy italian sausage, or something like that.

First time, great. Second time felt squash was overcooked, I had used the water method and I usually don’t so back to just dry roasting.for a third try, added rotisserie chicken and red pepper flakes.

It was good! Next time I’d probably put in tomatoes and grilled chicken to make it a little tastier.

it turned out great. I used steamed broccoli instead just drained out moisture before mixing.

Super yummy! This is a great way to use your spaghetti squash and any other veggies you can sautee and add to your "pasta".

I will definitely add this to my regular rotation. It's delicious and easy. I did add onions and scallions for extra flavor. I also added peas so they wouldn't go bad. I didn't want to open a can of broth to just use 1/4 cup so I used 1/4 cup of water and a small amount of a bouillon cube (msg free).

tastes good. I really like spaghetti squash now that I've made this! I added some mild cheddar cheese as well.

Served as a side dish. Surprisingly tasty combination of flavors. I added a healthy dollop of ricotta cheese (maybe a quarter cup) to the squash along with the cheddar for extra creaminess.
