    This recipe yields the perfect consistency of real focaccia! And you can use whatever herbs and toppings you want. We loved it and have already made it three times.
    Was nervous that I used instant yeast instead of active yeast (no idea what the diff and was too excited to even do a quick research😅). But it turned out pretty good 😃

    O.M.F.G. I added basil and almost doubles the garlic. Used super grassy olive oil. Bread barely made it out of the oven before it was devoured!!! I’m a cook, not a baker. Fabulous recipe! Only note: grow the yeast packet in 1/4 cup hot water and add the other 3/4 cup to the dry mix when you add your frothed yeast.
