These were really good! I melted butter mixed with minced garlic, red onion, salt, pepper and parsley. I boiled, smashed and poured the butter over each one. Then I baked them in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. I didn’t want them crisp, just savory! Will definitely make these again!

This recipe was delicious. I read all the reviews and added extra butter to the dish as well as added dollops of sour cream to the dish. It was a hit at dinner.

Great 👍 I added baby carrots and crushed the potatoes on a cookie sheet. Then I poured butter mixture over everything and put it in the oven for 15mins on 350 ... crispy and tasty

I used an heirloom baby potato mix, and it was excellent. Great recipe, and a crowd pleaser.

Amazing! I ended up only using 2 tablespoons of parsley leaves and it turned out great!

I would definitely recommend using more garlic and adding basil if you want more flavor. Other than that these turned out pretty awesome!

These potatoes are nice and easy but I highly recommend adding half a cup milk or cream and some more salt and pepper.

This side dish was really good. I changed the recipe a little by adding white onions and basil, along with regular butter at the end. I will be making again.

These came out really good! Lots of flavor, nice and soft but not overly mashed. The perfect blend.

They were nice and easy. Not bursting with flavor but had a nice mild garlickiness. I might add cheese or something next time.
