    I didn’t have onions and I substituted rosemary for the parsley but it turned out absolutely delicious! Smashing the potatoes a little made so much difference in flavor.

    I would definitely recommend using more garlic and adding basil if you want more flavor. Other than that these turned out pretty awesome!

    These potatoes are nice and easy but I highly recommend adding half a cup milk or cream and some more salt and pepper.

    This side dish was really good. I changed the recipe a little by adding white onions and basil, along with regular butter at the end. I will be making again.
