This method of crisping the tofu didn’t work for me. I should have used an air fryer instead. The dish ended up mushy and the tofu crumbled.

Quick and easy recipe, full of flavor! The tofu has a great texture. Used coconut oil in place of olive oil. Will be making this again and again!

Delicious recipe once I found the sauce recipe. I did add season salt & pepper to tofu before adding the cornstarch for flavor. Tasted like takeout. I will make it again for sure.

One of the worst recipes ive followed. I should have listened to my gut and cut back on the garlic and ginger. I probably wont even attempt to make this again. Their "stir-fry" sauce is also extremely bland. They also tell you to fry your tofu for an asian recipe in olive oil, big red flag. All-around bad time.

i tried this and it was amazing! the tofu came out perfect and even had my family convinced it was chicken. I added lemon pepper seasoning and it was even better!

delicious!! i used my favorite Kikkoman's pre made stir fry sauce instead of the one the recipe calls for and it was a hit 🎯

Needed more salt- recipe calls the sauce potent, I would disagree- or perhaps I used the wrong type of soy sauce.

Made enough for 8. Also, ended up using a whole batch of sauce. Not as strong as expected.

Added cubed sweet potato and used flour in place of cornmeal- came out really great!

It was awesome!!! I added sautéed mushrooms too. I served it with jasmine rice.
I would like an additional sauce to top off the meal. My family devoured it and I forgot to take a photo.

It was ok. The sauce was too salty for us and we used low sodium soy sauce. I didn't get much browning on the tofu with the corn starch. I've made several recipes with tofu and just browned the tofu without adding anything. I think this may be a viable recipe for others but we weren't impressed with this one.

It turned out O.K. I liked the ginger and garlic. The veggies were nice and crisp. The next time I make this, I will make sure I have sesame oil on hand for the Stir Fry sauce recipe. I may also add some Black Pepper

Very goood!
Also I should try not to skip the cornstarch and tofu only stage even if I am not using any oil. Importaint Note from the sauce site I need to listen to:
Once your stir fry is mostly cooked, add sauce and heat an additional 3 - 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Serve immediately
READ THIS RECIPE NOTE - this is intended to cover 6-8 servings of stir fry, served over UNSALTED rice or noodles. Otherwise it will be too salty. It is a highly concentrated sauce. A little goes a long way!
I used arrow root powder. I Should stir it before using sauce since the powered tends to sink to the bottom and clump together.
If too salty try rinsing with water as a quick fix. Better than nothing.
Really good with some pasta and lintels

This was amazingly delicious! I highly recommend making the accompanying stir-fry sauce as recommended! My family loved it-and they hate tofu!

I liked it, but I had a hard time crisping the tofu. It is easy to make and even better the next day.

Was really great with the exception that I should of started earlier. Considering this was my first vegan meal I actually made. I have als so have to take breaks from hands and arms hurting. But still was easy directions and was a great tasting dinner. I swear I will be turning my family in to vegans. :)

SO GOOD everyone in the family loved it! Didn’t;t have enough broccoli so subbed with some celery and picky eaters still ate it!
