My son loved it! I added a little broth (saw someone else mention this) and cornstarch to make a quick gravy. This was so easy it is definitely going into rotation!

This was good, I served with baked potatoes but the family said it would have gone better with mashed or rice. Oh well.....

Delicious! The small cubes make it cook fast and easily, I like closer to a 3/4 inch piece. I covered the meat in seasoning and it came out flavorful. Served with a side of sauteed spinach and tomatoes that I cooked in the leftover garlic and meat juices, making it a nice one pot meal. Once I also added potatoes (cut into 1/2 in pieces and microwaved for a few minutes to precook) as well and it was a good flavor pairing.

My family loved this recipe. I did add a few other seasonings to the steak, but good recipe. We make this often.

I went slightly rogue at the end of the recipe and added some mushrooms and beef broth (to steam them in) before finishing off and adding the steak back in. Otherwise followed the recipe to a T and it was delicious. We will definitely be making this again. Paired it with Chile Mac and cheese from Trader Joe’s and a Greek side salad.

Great! I had the butcher season the steak for free at stater bros. with a garlic herb seasoning, so i skipped the seasoning in this recipe but followed everything else. It turned out great!
