Love this dish! I make it according to the recipe. Great alternative to pasta and liked by everyone in the house

This recipe is part of my core "keepers" list of recipes -- I just love it! I can easily gobble up half the recipe in one sitting. The best way to make spaghetti squash!

This was my first try with Spaghetti squash. Was an easy recipe and lovely aromas with the garlic etc. It was a bit bland on the squash side of things and I think I was expecting it to have a similar texture to pasta so need to try this recipe again with a different mindset. I think it would be lovely as a side dish rather than a main dish (which is how I had it).
