I made this recipe twice, once with shrimp & then chicken. They both turned out amazing. I added water chestnuts. My kids loved it!

Very tasty, adding the Chinese 5 spice to just the shrimp added a nice contrast to the dish. I also added baby Bella mushrooms to the dish. Highly recommend this recipe.

This was a lot of prep work but it was amazing. I added water chestnuts to this and LORD. It was the best at home stir fry I’ve tried. Better than some Chinese restaurants. I can not recommend highly enough

This was super good but there’s a lot of ginger in the recipe. Other than that, it turned out great. Only person that didn’t like it in the family was one extremely picky kid. 😁
