Outstanding meal! I added water chestnuts and baby corn, and everyone loved it. The sauce was delicious! Next time I plan to cook the veggies less time since I like a little crunch. Thank you for a great recipe!

Good. Cut recipe in 1/2. Cut shrimp into large chunks. I used genuine Chinese soy sauce which is thicker than regular. I would cut the soy in 1/2 next time. I also used red pepper and yellow squash for the veg. Was tasty.

Turned out great. I used cooked and frozen shrimps from the supermarket - just defrosted them and added into the stir fry the last, they didn't need much time at all.
Was very good with rice.
