Simply Delicious! Yes and add finely chopped onions with more garlic and don’t be afraid to burn it a bit!

Love love love! I am sadly the only person who enjoys scallops in my house. I know, they’re all crazy. So I just made this cause I had the ingredients on hand. Friends, I will always make this from now on. Amazing! Wouldn’t change a thing!

I used a lb. of frozen scallops it turned out well was is
N a hurry and did not get them completely thawed so may have been more watery but was very good husband thought it was very " gamey" smelling when started cooking though didn't think it tasted that well served it in vermicelli.
