This came out excellent. The lamb was very tender, melted in your mouth, and flavored perfectly.

The lamb itself was good but you’d better really love rosemary. I used half of what the recipe asked and it was too much. I’d make it again but with VERY little rosemary. Garlic and lemon were a perfect pairing with lamb.

It was really nice and so easy. I only used a small amount of lemon zest - maybe 1/4 lemon and I used 2tbs of garlic infused oil which made it FODMAP friendly instead of cloves. I had 4 hours to marinate the chops and that was sufficient.

Left out the Garlic ... but used a terrific oven.. the Nuwave .. which gave great flavor

Great. Simple and easy. I will make it again. Costco chops and this recipe, a great combination. Be sure you don’t cook more than medium,. Medium rare is the best for these delicious lamb chops.

lovely and simple. perfect marinade. only 2 hrs in fridge. next time ill do overnight

This was my first time making lamb, and it came out great. If you pan fry it, I recommend reducing the amount of lemon a little.

Did not have time to marinate, but used the same ingredients in a frying pan and it was delicious! (although the lemon juice scorched and the pan may be a little harder to clean but with cast iron and a metal scrubbie will be as good as new in no time no doubt.) Will make again - my 12 year old son said it was excellent, even outstanding! Served with long grain and wild rice and fresh pressure cooked green beans.
