    This was very good. i used zucchini, grape tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms for my vegetables. The only thing i did differently was add Italian seasoning to the vegetables before roasting. i also used less oil to cut down on calories and except for a tablespoon for roasting vegetables I wasnt sure where the rest of it was supposed to go, the recipe didn't specify.
