    Tried to get away with just spraying the pan with cooking spray. They were still good but stuck to the pan.

    I ended up subbing some of the things in this recipe but followed the core guide and they turned phenomenal. I used lemon thyme instead of parsley, baked at 425° for 20 minutes then mixed and baked at 400° for 15 minutes. I also used yellow potatoes instead of red, skin on. Perfectly crispy and delicious. I did sprinkle them with extra salt after baking because they weren’t salted enough for us. Aside from that, they were great. Highly recommend.

    really awesome, but its a little too much garlic salt so I had to wash it down with juice. but take aways the half teaspoon and theyre perfect
