Super fast to put together, super easy, but you need to double the amount of spices.

Really good! I didn't have cumin but this turned out great! I thickened the pan juices but it needed to be sweetened slightly so I added a little strawberry jelly! (We always add jelly to our gravies! Just a little. Try it, you'll be surprised how it enhances the flavor) I served it with green beans with bacon and rice! Excellent! Will definitely make this again!

Added 1/2 tsp of rosemary and thyme each. And decreased chili powder to 1/2 tsp. Put fresh green beans under chicken with garlic pieces that were left from mincing. Baked 45 mins.

It was fine, just wish it had been more flavorful. We added carrots in the pan, per optional suggestions on the blog.

It was great. I put 1 part wine and 3 parts stock because the wine I had was semi dry. I also only cooked my chicken for 35 minutes since I have an electric convection oven.

It was great. Made this recipe for dinner and my girlfriend loved it. There was maybe too much garlic. I'd remove one clove of garlic and use only one and a half teaspoons on olive oil for the paste. Otherwise, it was absolutely delicious l!

I don't usually eat dark meat, but was given a bag of leg quarters. This recipe was a lot of work, but worth it. Turned out great
