    I followed this recipe however after almost 50 minutes (and a higher temp) my carrots are still super tough and inedible. I have them simmering in some water now but that doesn’t seem to be helping. I used baby carrots however I think I should have cut them in half-not a big step and it would have saved me the hour I’ve spent babysitting these! I wish I could say this was a success because it smells yummy but I think I’m boiling off all the amazing seasoning and I’ll be left with watery carrots 😢

    I exchanged the fresh garlic for granulated garlic only because my grandkids don’t care for a strong garlic flavor. Otherwise I doubled the recipe because they eat them all! Very easy to make

    Great flavor! I add extra carrots. You can cook them longer or shorter to your liking.

    Nice flavour, I used large carrots so they didn’t end up cooking properly, they kind of shrivelled up before they were soft enough to serve, which isn’t the recipes fault because I changed it.

    It was very delicious. I used real carrots instead of the listed baby carrots. My only issue was the carrots were not cooked all the way through. The flavor was still excellent!

    I would definitely advise to add a bit more salt than the recipe calls for, or sprinkle a salty cheese like parmesan on top. Other than that it was delicious.

    Turned out good! Very easy to make! Used red wine vinegar instead of balsamic. Will try balsamic next time.

    Being honest, I was a little hesitant to use balsamic on carrots. To my suprise, it added a dimension of flavor that I never knew carrots had! These little babies were the highlight of the meal. Will make again and again

    Perfect! I made this with large carrots, cut in half. Beautiful flavour, easy to make and easy to eat. Great to have a few as a snack or a serving for a filling lunch. Served with cream cheese is very nice.'

    Tastes great! A little dry, but the flavor was soaked up into the carrots. Put it on a small pan so the flavor doesn't spread out too much, either.
