I've had spaghetti squash before but never fixed it myself. This is such a simple and tasty recipe - I had shrimp in the freezer and fresh mushrooms that I threw in. Delicious! I really like this and will make it again!

I didn’t have vegetable broth, use water. Turned out okay, I used frozen squash so after first four minutes, defrost, recook on medium heat, drained, four minutes on flip side, I used that water, added four melted butter, didn’t have Parmesan and parsley, and no vegetables broth, used water instead. Used 2.5 large garlic and minced. drizzled olive oil, taste good so I should say four stars, cause it worked or tasted good but I didn’t have exact ingredients and I substituted fresh for frozen, so four stars

Super delicious. Takes a lot of butter, though! Probably could cut some out. Would be great with mushrooms or other veggies, too.

Turned out great! My husband actually ate it and he really didnt want to try the squash but are all of it.
