- 3 broccoli (crowns, cut into florets)
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil (or olive oil)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (juice of ½ a lemon)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Delicious! I used olive oil and used more parmesan cheese to my liking.
