I don't know if this is a stupid mistake I made or not, but I am new to cooking and followed the recipe for this lovely dish, but my potatoes turned out not crunchy and half cooked. i have come to realise that a better way to make them is to cover the potatoes and the tray in oil and roll the potatoes around in the chesse mixture. This way your potatoes are crunchy and flavoured all over. Maybe this is what the recipe implied but I don't know just thought I would type this here. Anyway it was a lovely recipe and I highly recommend for beginners like me. Thanks.
