Bland for my taste. I like the idea of breaking up the noodles - it makes the dish interesting! If I make this again, I'll add some celery and mushrooms and cut back from 5 noodles to 4 per layer and dial down the flour - I don't think the water would be needed with each layer if the sauce were thinner.

The sauce itself is bland.. but I made my own rotisserie chicken with the rotisserie spice from this website... I think this helped with the flavour after I shredded the chicken while it sat in the cooking juices to cool off. Very tasty and it made so much with two chicken breasts and large platter. It was a hit.

it was very good, my family liked it too. a little bland for me but im used to very spicy. good chsnge up.
