  • 3 mozzarella cheese sticks (cut into 4 pieces each, so you have 12 total)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

    Easy and delish!!! Will make again topping was REALLY good and I did use string cheese but I cut it thin and put 4-5 to a roll. anyone else cut their biscuits in half? That was prob the biggest pita but totally worth it and you get a whole lot of them

    Really good but will use shredded cheese next time and incorporate a little more. Topping was incredibly good!

    My friend's family has made these before, and they are absolutely delicious! The only thing they did differently was use block mozzarella instead of cheese sticks. Wonderful recipe!
