- 5 cups cauliflower ("rice", about 1 medium head of cauliflower; I cut mine into florets and then briefly pulsed in the food processor until they are the size of grains of rice, but you can also use frozen cauliflower rice)

delish! hubby said it was better with hot sauce lol but he puts that on everything. thought it had good flavor added smoked paprika 😋

I added some dried herbs like parsley and sage when I added the cauliflower rice. Seasoned to taste with salt and pepper and it was good! The Parmesan cheese on top takes it up a notch

My boyfriend likes “authentic” over healthier alternatives and he gobbled this up. Definitely will be making it again.

Personally, I don't like veggies 😝, but this is a great alternative to rice and it tastes good! I didnt add salt but the butter and Parmessan did the trick.. I will definitely do this on a regular.
