    it had too much parmesan cheese for my family. i think next time I'll use 3 tbsp.

    I added some dried herbs like parsley and sage when I added the cauliflower rice. Seasoned to taste with salt and pepper and it was good! The Parmesan cheese on top takes it up a notch

    My boyfriend likes “authentic” over healthier alternatives and he gobbled this up. Definitely will be making it again.

    Personally, I don't like veggies 😝, but this is a great alternative to rice and it tastes good! I didnt add salt but the butter and Parmessan did the trick.. I will definitely do this on a regular.

    Delicious. Used 2 cups of “rice” and added green onion before serving.
    Now my fav thing to do with cauliflower is this easy tasty recipe!
