Chastity Spears: "Delicious! Went perfect with my butter chicken!" Read More

  • 5 cups cauliflower ("rice", about 1 medium head of cauliflower; I cut mine into florets and then briefly pulsed in the food processor until they are the size of grains of rice, but you can also use frozen cauliflower rice)
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 6 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

it had too much parmesan cheese for my family. i think next time I'll use 3 tbsp.
    Hi Cj! a year ago
I added some dried herbs like parsley and sage when I added the cauliflower rice. Seasoned to taste with salt and pepper and it was good! The Parmesan cheese on top takes it up a notch

My boyfriend likes “authentic” over healthier alternatives and he gobbled this up. Definitely will be making it again.

Personally, I don't like veggies 😝, but this is a great alternative to rice and it tastes good! I didnt add salt but the butter and Parmessan did the trick.. I will definitely do this on a regular.
