    Good cooking method but WAY too much garlic Next time I will cut it in half at least maybe a quarter. How about such a delicate fish that much garlic overwhelm the dish

    Very good. I even forgot the garlic and it was fine. I did try to lighten the cholesterol bit by using olive oil instead of butter. Loved it and I will make this again.

    It turned out very nice. The fish was flaky n moist , It was my first time with Halibut so was nervous . But the recipe guides you well Next time will add a little more lemon juice and some red chili flakes.
