- 1 tsp. onion powder (each, and garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme (each of, and rosemary)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. brown mushrooms (sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced, or 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)

Turns out great, added some cream cheese and tomatoe purée and made it even better!

I was definitely doing it wrong... the chicken wouldn't cook so I added 50ml of stock and stewed it. Plus I over did it on the herbs as one of the caps came off... But overall it was delicious despite the screw ups. It went well with the bacon and egg fried rice I made.

It was okay. I don’t know why, but mine didn’t have any sauce-like moisture. I added 1/2-3/4 cup white wine to try to get more of a sauce, but it didn’t work. That did deglaze the pan well though. I didn’t like the extra thyme and rosemary in the mushrooms either. I might try it again with modifications.

I use 6 skinless/bone in thighs (what I had), fresh oregano and basil, and 454 grams of white mushrooms (again, what I had and wanted to use up). And of course I added the wine to the mushrroms!! Delicious!! The extra mushrooms made up for less meat.

Delicious, easy to make. i should have cooked the chicken more, but that was a chef error. Family loved it. will definitely make again.

Flavour of herbs was amazing but I think chicken thighs are better in oven. Each thigh took around 30min to fry as it was still pink inside and in that time all herbs got burnt and it didn't look like on picture.

Super delicious. Took a long time because I had three batches of chicken and it was messy from the splatter. Everybody loved it would totally make again. Great with mashed potatoes.

Fantastic! Very flavorful. Definitely recommend using white wine in sauce as suggested (as optional) in notes at end of instructions.
