    If you ever need a quick, low calorie addition to your meal, this is a tasty side dish that goes well with any meat or fish dish! I eliminated the garlic since I was cooking the main course with garlic and it was still just as delicious! I also used an actual head of cauliflower instead of frozen, so it was very tasty.
