Made this with copper river salmon and it was fantastic! I highly recommend it

Great dish overall! I added smoked paprika. I felt as if it needed more flavor, possibly more butter.
Once again overall it was a great dish. I had roasted Brussels sprouts and carrots along with beets to accompany it!
