My roast has only been in oven 40 minutes an my whole house already smells amazing!!!! Wonderful garlic an rosemary smell omg think I had a new go to recipe for my roast beef!!!!!

Amazing. Used sirloin tip roast. Cut it thin for beef dip. Served on toasted buns with sautéed onions with au jus. My guests and husband loved it. Very delicious roast.

we cooked ours to 135 degrees. added garlic powder to it. also instead of rosemary we used Italian. we pulled it out and basted it with a garlic butter mixture. best roast we have ever had.

This was soo good! The most recent roast I made was just shy of 4 lbs. I cooked it for a little longer than 1 1/2 hours to get about medium. Next time I will take out sooner to get more rare. Tastes delicious reheated. Made with mashed potatoes and carrots.
