This recipe was pretty tasty. I went a little easy on the lemon zest to make it more savory as I used a more sweeter Sauvignon Blanc for the wine.

Flavor was good, too much lemon zest for me, but I knew that by simply reading the recipe; may be different for you. Lastly, be careful to remove your garlic once it gets aromatic, and do NOT leave it in when you caramelize the prawns or it’ll brown and burn and get bitter. You can add it again (during the wine phase) after you drop the heat.
