Not a lot of flavor. Tried making it again and adding more sezt and using a pan to sear it. Still not much flavor.

Simply delightful. The salmon was moist and the oil mixture on top brightened the fish. I just served it on top of spinach and was good to go! I'd definitely make this again.

I messed up the zesting but overall I’m thrilled that I was able to take a raw fish and make it edible!

Cooked nicely, tastes great. Hi,e sliced potatoes & garden salad to accompany the salmon.

Only complaint is that I wasn’t sure about if I should keep the skin on the salmon. Very moist and flavorful

Super yums! I didn’t want to grate the jalapeño, so I just diced it really small, and it worked great. Perfect for tacos!

This came out good! I backed off on the jalapeño but didn't need to. Good with some avocado and cilantro.

This is one of my favorite salmon recipes. So full of flavor. Delicious. I like to serve with a dollop of guacamole and some vegetables.
