would make again, I added a bit of salt to the zucchini itself before basting with the garlic oil because of the comments about it being bland still. flavour was really good!

It was great! I will be making it again. Did not have lemon zest and used lime zest instead. But was still good. Thought it was gonna come out soggy but it was crunchy.

really amazing. I cut the zucchini into smaller pieces. it was a hit, even for people who don't usually like zucchini.

Really good. My only complaint is that the seasoning was too little. Needs a bit of something else. A dash of paprika maybe?

flipping DElicious! I halved the zucchini and used a bit more parmesean cheese, closer to a cup, then set my oven at 405 degrees and baked for 12 minutes then finished with 5 minutes at 425, on 2cnd to top rack for the whole bake time.

So easy, so awesome!! I cut my zucchini in 3rds to make it easier to pile the yummy bits. Served this as a side dish, a terrific way to dress up an otherwise bland veggie.
My family loved this!
