    The seasoning of these is amazing but I cooked my meatballs longer than I was meant to and they unfortunately dried out a bit. I really look forward to trying these again and sticking much more strictly to the cooking time!

    added 1 egg and 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs. also used fresh mint instead of thyme. these were delicious. will definitely make again.

    Good, but tons of extra juice when it cooked that just boiled around the meatballs, not as crisp as they should have been
