    OMG, this was SO good! My daughter and I usually just do kale chips, but I wanted to try something different so gave this recipe try. Homerun! Lots of flavor- we both loved it!!

    Easy to make and turned out delicious! Tweaked a little by adding very thinly sliced red onions that I sautéed with the garlic in olive oil. I then added a cup of low sodium vegetable broth and allowed it to simmer.

    Simple and tasty. It takes just a few minutes to prepare and it goes well with rice. I added a few drops of lemon juice and it was even better.
