Delicious.
I used a ‘holiday blend’ of multi-colored small potatoes, and cooked it a little longer after adding the butter to really get things nice and crispy.

So good!! I used a purple, red & white potato blend. I followed G Sprouse's review and baked mine in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 18 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes. I will definitely make this again!

Easy and delicious recipe! Definitely think you could reduce the olive oil to 2 Tbsp. A little oily for me, but husband loved it that way.

I had some old petit red potatoes I needed to get rid of and found this recipe. It was perfect and also delicious! I will make it again.

This was so good! I didn’t have thyme so I used Tarragon. We will make this again for sure. Thank you Grandma!

First time I made it, my husband told me they were his most favorite potatoes I've EVER made. I didn't follow exactly, as he is not a huge spices fan, but turned out really well. I added more spices and cheese to mine after I pulled them out of the oven and they turned out very good. 100% will be making these again!

Loved it! Didn’t have the parmesan cheese. I know it would be better with but still super soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Will make again!

These came out fantastic. It was my first time doing roasted res potatoes and they were absolute perfection. Followed the exact recipe. No changes were made.

Wow wow wow. I did make one change though. I used smoked Gouda cheese in place of the Parmesan. Definitely a keeper recipe

Good! I used Italian seasoning and olive oil butter mix. Was a hit with everyone in the house.

Fabulous potatoes! Instead of cutting up butter I melted it and brushed it on the potatoes about 10 min before they were done.

This second time I made the recipe I cut the salt out as the cheese is salty enough. Loved it!
