    Delicious! Definitely use olive oil. I added Cayenne and extra seasonings listed here. I also added broccoli when adding the green beans. This was a HUGE hit and I will continue to make it!

    I forgot to buy rosemary and thyme, and didn't have any dried, either for some reason. I seasoned with kosher salt, coarse black pepper, and onion salt. This was great. Perfect time estimates for roasting. Thanks for a great recipe!

    Had a ton of carrots and potatoes on hand so I didn’t add any green beans. I used fresh herbs from the garden and the dish came out really well!

    Not so good. The green beans were over cooked. Carrots and potatoes were OK. I had to use dry thyme and rosemary. I’ll try again with fresh herbs and won’t put the green beans in for so long.

    Really good flavors as roasting is the easiest way to cook. Used parsley instead of rosemary which was a good change.
