This roast recipie is the perfect combination of taste and ease of preparation. For best results use a meat thermometer to track internal temperature for desired final temperature (I.e. rare, med rare, medium).

Loved ! So easy and made me look like an expert... for kids..cut off the Ends that were more cooked and put back in a few more minutes. Yum!

The flavor very good but I feel if I left in a little less then a what I did it would be better just a hour will do
