- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine (OPTIONAL -- use a dry wine like a Sauv blanc or Chardonnay)
- 1 lemon (halved)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 head garlic (roughly peeled and cut in half horizontally through the middle crosswise)
- 3 rosemary sprigs (fresh whole)

Super bland. Decided to throw it in a pot and boiled with chicken broth. Added homemade taco seasoning and made chicken tacos with it!

I added a bit of Italian dressing , a spoonful of pesto, ground mustard, champagne vinegar and bbq sauce as well.

Wow! The garlic butter? Amazing! I used some homemade herb butter from my garden. And that crispy skin? Ooooo, so good! That few minutes under the broiler made the chicken to die for! A little too lemony, so I would cut back a bit on the lemon juice next time.
