Increased the recipe for a dozen quart jars on the shelves and one half gallon jar in the fridge. Easy to make, substituted chopped garlic for some since I ran out of cloves. The garlic in the garden not quite ready yet. 10 days and we'll be in a pickle!

very tasty would make again, it's a keeper although I would use a different ratio of vinegar to water i like them a little more sour.....kids thought they stupendous shared with all family members we all had helped Grandmother put pickles when we were younger know one knows what happened to the old family recipe.
