It was great I added five tablespoons of garlic chili and one whole organic tomato with a whole lemon squeezed in and added black pepper and added the cilantro in a mixer and grinder it all up and placed it in the pan with the olive oil and saturated for 15 min. I had two crabs though, it was very Spivey yet tangy and the family was fighting for the last half. Great recipe.
