This turned so flavorful - my husband loves it and he is extremely picky! I used a Costco chicken breast package to keep it easy.

It came out good, I did substitute the cornstarch for a teaspoon of flour because I didn't have any corn starch at home , I also used corn oil instead of vegetable oil, green onions with red onions.
I didn't use cashews a d snow peas because I didn't have any at home.
I added red, orange and yellow sweet peppers.
I didn't cook the chicken in the oil first instead I grilled the chicken breast then I cute them up and added it to the pan with the other ingredients then brought it to a boil while stirring it
