This was good. I think a more flavorful cheese next time and would add salt and pepper and more garlic. All in all a winner.

I cubed two leftover chicken thighs to make a dinner casserole. After removing from the oven, I finished off the dish with freshly ground pepper. Next time I think I'll add a bit of diced scallions.

It turned out really good. The only thing I did differently was add chicken bouillon at the end when the garlic was done cooking to toss with the garlic.

The broccoli was very tasty. I followed the steaming time, didn't use olive oil, just dotted the top with butter, added sliced garlic, and changed the cheese to Velveeta which I just sliced and layered on top (I was trying to use it up, otherwise I would have used the cheeses listed). I baked it at 425 F because that was the oven temp that I was using for other things for 10 minutes. It came out really good. Will definitely do again!

Came out almost identical to the pictures. Very yummy healthy way to start the morning. I used the boiler instead of the oven and worked just fine as all the ingredients were already hot. Also instead of the cheese above I just took left over mozzarella cheese and Gouda cut into thin slices and placed on top!
