    This was so delicious! I didn’t make the garlic butter myself as I had some on-hand that I wanted to use up. I ended up adding about a 1/2 cup of flour while kneading as the dough was extremely sticky. I used mild cheddar and mozzarella instead of Tex Mex cheese, and added a sprinkle to the top towards the end of baking until melted, allowing it to broil for 30 seconds before removing from the oven. Will definitely make this again.
