Nice and easy, but moist and fluffy too! Recipe is great as is; it’s even better with chopped onion and ground cheese (I had a Mexican blend on hand and added about a cup

These turned out a bit too chewy for my taste. I am new to baking and may have improvised on the recipe too much. I doubled the amount of garlic and cheese. So, that may have been it. I was careful not to over mix or handle. So, I don't think that was it. Still, I've made similar products from mixes with better results and flavor. So, I don't think I'll be trying this recipe again.
