This recipe, once again, was delicious!! It was easy to prepare. I only had too breasts so I cut the recipe I half, no problem. I didn’t have white vinegar so I used red wine vinegar. I also used fresh thyme and Thai basil. I served it over rice.

This was a hit with the fam! I read the reviews so added more spices and herbs which made it super tasty. I did forget to add the butter (although I had it ready to go :) ) so it was less calories and nobody missed it. I had also read one review that said the chicken didn’t cook all the way so put it in for 30 minutes and it turned out perfectly. We’ll definitely be making this again!!

the flavor was great. the sauce was quite watery though even after i reduced it in a sauce pan.

The chicken took almost twice as long as it said before reached the right temperature. It also was extremely lacking in flavor. Mostly it just tasted like chicken with cheese and a hint of basil. I would make it again but add more seasoning and change the marinade recipe.

this recipe is amazing! i made angel hair to go along with it and steamed broccoli; made it the first time last week and I am making it again tonight! I wouldn't change a thing

Too Soupy As many others have already stated, this turns out very soupy and the sauce doesn't really cling to the pasta. I wonder if one added a little tomato paste -- would it thicken the sauce a bit? Boiling it down would involve removing the chicken -- and mozarella (if that's even practical). I did not have basil and substituted fresh basil, oregano and parsley. The flavor was excellent

Yum ☺️ I made this with couscous and some veggies. Very savory. I loved the flavor of the thyme with the tomatoes. I didn’t have white wine vinegar - I had red wine vinegar so used that instead

It was delicious !! I did not have Italian herbs! So I use adobo and sazón completo as an alternative! And it still had a Delicious taste !

Really enjoyed this! It was easy to make. I didn't have basil or thyme so I just doctored it up a little bit with some spices I had, but the base of the recipe is excellent.

Was quick and easy to make, however could doing with a little more flavour for that little something extra. In saying it was tasty enough for a simple weeknight meal. I cooked off the sauce ingredients in a pan first and added a chicken stock cube which I think elevated it a little. I also served with steamed vegies and a little bit of pasta.

Very easy. People seemed to like it, but didn’t rave. I halved the breasts horizontally so they would cook faster. The sauce was tasty but very thin. I wish I had thickened it up. Made for great leftovers.

This dish was very so-so. I didn't really like the sauce, but the marinade and mozzarella on the chicken were decent! Probably wouldn't make again.
