    Definitely not cooked through after 4 min. Was good flavor. Ended up putting it in the oven to finish cooking it through.

    Chicken breasts were not thoroughly cooked after 4-5 minutes on each side so I had to put it back on the pan. Ok flavor, very moist so that was good.

    My family absolutely loved it! I used smaller whole breasts so I didn’t have to worry about cutting them in halve, then I made the pockets deep so the mix couldn’t drip out and burn the pan while frying. They turned out just delicious!!

    I need to sharpen my knives a bit next time to get a cleaner cut but overall this dish was delish! Will definitely make again.
