Allow enough time to cook potatoes. This is a family favorite! Some months it is a weekly dinner:)

It turned out quite well. But, if spicy is not your thing, I would cut out the red pepper flakes and decrease the hot sauce and increase the soy sauce. I used low sodium soy sauce and no extra salt.

I used to recommended amount of soy sauce but it came out really salty. Other than that, the recipe is extremely good and can be served over easily over buttered rice to really add to the flavors.

It was pretty good, I was a bit unsure of how it would turn out but my guests were pleased with the meal so everything went well...

It was okay. Not what i was expecting but that could have been caused by cookers error.

it taste good, cooked it in cast iron skillet. In my opinion, it would be better next time if I boil the potatoes first. I cooked the potato in the beginning, then the steak and I needed to put the potato back in to cook it thoroughly but it would have overcooked the steak so I had to take the steak out first. and since the potatoes had to finish cooking in that garlic soy sauce thing, when it was finally cooked all the herbs were burned. it still looks good but it doesn't look good...all black and burnt looking (mostly because of the soy sauce).

Easy and delicious! The fresh herbs and fresh garlic make this so good. Going to try with broccoli instead of potatoes next time.

If you follow the recipe to the letter you'll have a very fine dinner but use the tenderloin beef- it's best
Cheers!

I overdid it with the soy sauce, so next time I will go extremely light on the soy sauce and add a dab of Worcestershire sauce. But I can definitely see the potential of this being an awesome meal.

Easy and taste great. Added a side of veggies and perfect dinner with enough left over for work lunch.

Very good!! I even had to use white potatoes and it was still good. Steak is super tender (I used NY strip).

Used sirloin instead and boiled potatos like suggested. Steak was very tender with just enough spice.

Tasty-would be better with sirloin; flank steak is sometimes gristle-y. Plan for double the time to prepare; even with par-boiling the potatoes, they took 2x as long to cook as instructions said.
